Q & A

01

What inspired you to write this book/series?

Since childhood, I've been captivated by myths and legends. Tales of Atlantis, Pompeii, and other ancient civilizations have always intrigued me, sparking my imagination and leaving me pondering the mysteries of those times and the people that could have been living it.

02

Are there any specific scenes or characters in your book that hold personal significance to you?

Every character in my stories holds a piece of me, but Carnaxa holds a special place in my heart. She is one of the most challenging characters to write because she reflects who I used to be - the people-pleaser, the one who avoided making waves. Carnaxa will always be dear to me, embodying a part of my past self.

03

Can you share a bit about your writing process?

I am a huge mood writer. I can write for hours when I have the inspiration. My process usually begins with a Pinterest board for visual inspiration, followed by creating a playlist to set the mood and atmosphere.

04

What was your favorite part of writing this book/series?

Surprisingly, editing has become my favorite part of the writing process. Starting from a blank page can be daunting, and sometimes finding the right words feels like a struggle. However, when I'm editing, I have a foundation to build upon, and that process is incredibly fulfilling for me.
